Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak hunting seasons (September-November), processing may take an additional day due to high order volume.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your hunting equipment to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our professional hunting equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Hunting Equipment

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following specialized hunting accessories cannot be returned:

  • Appâtage, odeurs et nourrisseurs (Baiting, scents and feeders)
  • Attractants
  • Appeaux (Game calls)
  • Appelants (Decoys)

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Simple 4-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body:
    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Item(s) to Return/Exchange
    • Reason for Return/Exchange
    • Preferred Resolution (Refund/Exchange for specific product)
    • Contact Phone Number

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Within 48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items in the original packaging with all accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval. PayPal refunds may appear immediately; credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement within 2 business days using your preferred shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective hunting equipment:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
Hunting Season Notice: During peak seasons (September-November), return processing may take an additional 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to serve all our hunting customers.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes on returned items
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
